The SCC directs and coordinates Cornell's role as an international leader in addressing climate change and sustainability.
Here are it's current priorities:
CNC implements the Climate Action Plan. It's current priorities are to make/buy summer electricity, a protocol for upstream methane leakage, and low carbon business travel & air travel carbon offsets
CO advances initiatives that support climate resilience and human health. It's current priorities are purchasing and inventory optimization, dining operations food waste reduction, and transportation impact prioritization
E&E cultivates literacy and a culture of sustainability responsibility. It's priorities are incoming student climate literacy, behavior change & choice architecture, and a living laboratory program assessment
