Sustainability Champions HR Recognition

Sustainability Champion 

For Cornell employees. Nominations accepted on a rolling basis.

Sustainability Champions is an employee recognition program for anyone to recognize a colleague who exemplifies Cornell University's commitment to sustainability, and have shown leadership and initiative to catalyze change for a more sustainable campus and planet with actions big and small.  Make someone's day - show them you care by pointing out their leadership for actions big and small! 

Monthly winners will receive prizes.  Uses the Cornell HR Portal.

Cornell University Partners in Sustainability Awards (CUPSA)

CUPSA Nomination Form 

For all Cornell faculty, staff, students and administrators, teams, and community partners. Nominations accepted on a rolling basis.  

Recognizing individuals and teams who have exemplified the sustainability values of Cornell, made significant and notable contributions to the sustainable development and social equity of the Cornell campus, or displayed outstanding partnership for advancing sustainability within our campus and community.   Teams and groups, and individual categories are awarded. Self-nominations encouraged!

For student teams and individuals. Nominations accepted in Spring.

This annual award ceremony celebrates graduating seniors and other students who have made notable contributions to campus sustainability. Students who pledge to commit to lifelong sustainability earn Green Honor Tassels to wear during graduation and the ceremony recognizes student leadership in sustainability across all areas of the campus.
