Stocking Hall earned LEED Gold through its renovations. Project Highlights

The installed fixtures will reduce water usage by a calculated 31% below the baseline usage.

According to the energy model, the energy cost savings for the building has been reduced by over 46% over the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) baseline.

Over 79% of the construction waste generated during the project was diverted from landfills.

99.68% of the wood installed on the project met Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification requirements.

The Stocking Hall project will used a combination of white and vegetative roofing, decreasing the cooling requirements on hot summer days.
